Entech is hiring a Product Owner Digital - (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for an education industry client. This is an open to Hybrid role in the following Locations: Cambridge, MA

Responsibilities: Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of the Outbound Communication Products.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on user experience, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis to drive product success and align communications with business objectives.

  1. Product Management: Own the creation, refinement, and execution of user stories for outbound communication products, ensuring alignment with business goals
  2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Integration: Develop and implement SFMC strategies, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio. Utilize AMPscript, SSJS, and other SFMC tools to enhance email marketing campaigns and automate communications.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align outbound communication strategies with broader business objectives.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of outbound communication products using KPIs such as engagement rates, open rates, and conversion rates.
  5. User Experience (UX) Focus: Maintain a user-centric approach in all outbound communications, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.
  6. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product owner roles, preferably focused on outbound communications or marketing technologies.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing user stories and maintaining a product backlog.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, and engineering teams.
  • Proficient analytical skills, with experience leveraging performance metrics to enhance product strategies.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience is required, with a solid understanding of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and automation technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric design and user experience best practices.
  • Prior experience in travel/hospitality industry is an extra plus (Not required)
