We are looking for an IT Security Analyst - Hybrid - Richmond, VA

• Lead security operations including vulnerability management, incident response, and penetration testing.
• Conduct application and endpoint penetration testing; document findings and remediation recommendations.
• Evaluate application, infrastructure, and configuration changes for security compliance.
• Manage resolution of vulnerabilities in collaboration with IT, System Owners, and vendors.
• Assess security posture impacts from new systems, interfaces, or discovered vulnerabilities.
• Conduct annual password audits and user access reviews.
• Implement and advocate for Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and desk procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for security compliance and technical queries from stakeholders.
