Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in maintaining and enhancing machine learning systems, preferably in document processing.
AI/ML Model Development: Total 10+ years and 5+ years of experience developing and deploying traditional machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
AI and Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, and frameworks for GenAI and LLMs.
Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience working with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker)
AI/ML Observability and Monitoring: Proven ability to build AI/ML observability systems to track model performance, detect drift, and ensure system reliability.
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize complex AI concepts, present findings, and articulate technical solutions effectively.
Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional collaborations to create innovative AI solutions.
Maintain and optimize the existing document code prediction system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
