JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager will oversee the development and implementation of data warehouse projects within the healthcare domain. This role requires a deep understanding of data management processes, technical knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Programming Proficiency: Utilize programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• ETL Development: Develop ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or custom scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (e.g., EMRs, billing systems).
• Cloud Solutions: Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Compliance Collaboration: Collaborate with compliance teams to adhere to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations regarding data security and privacy.
• End-User Support: Support end-users in accessing and utilizing data through reporting tools and dashboards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize database performance and ETL processes to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and system outages.
• Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
