Title: SAP EWM Project Manager
Location: NY/NJ preferred (or, Texas based)
Skills Must Have
Good Knowledge on SAP EWM-EWP (This person would have led min 2 EWM implementation projects as a PM not a consultant).
Planning
Create and maintain project plan and track progress, define key milestones and timeline to align with the overall objective.
Raise issues and impediments immediately to the leadership
Technical Understanding
Good understanding of Core Utility IT systems such as SAP, Middleware, upstream customer systems, data center setup between multiple data centers and strong knowledge of active-restoration / active-passive / active-active configurations to drive day-to day tasks and bridge the gap between cross-operational IT teams.
Vendor Management
Expertise in coordinating and managing multiple vendors (SAP, IBM, Clear, Dynatrace etc.) for timely delivery of tasks related to the equipment validations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors and aligning all stakeholders towards this shared objective.
Agile And Scrum Practices
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, to track the progress and drive the project execution
Pro-active approach to project management
Ability to allocate time to smaller projects while handling large projects.
Maintain RAID Log, identify potential risks, and proactively address them, alongside resolving issues that may arise during vendor or internal team collaborations.
Report the deliverables up to the IT Resiliency leaders and PM.
Call out the blockers for timely resolutions.
