Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Platform Solution Architect with 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a technology consulting role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise commerce platforms, working with eCommercetools, Oracle Web Commerce, Shopify Enterprise, and other solutions. This role requires broad technical expertise across architecture tiers, experience in digital transformation engagements, and proficiency in cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise commerce platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration with required tools and technologies.
• Handle NFR requirements, providing performance optimization, scalability improvements, and DR solutions across the technical stack.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, spanning application development, modernization, cloud migration, platform upgrades, and data transformation.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into actionable projects.
• Drive technical workshops with business and technology teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Architect microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Java Full Stack.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices in cloud and commerce platform deployments.
• Oversee Generative AI adoption, optimizing development cycles and business workflows.
• Collaborate across enterprises serving B2C and retail markets to enhance technical solutions.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers and oversee implementations.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a technology consulting role within eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in eCommercetools, Oracle Web Commerce, Shopify Enterprise, and related eCommerce technologies.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and Java Full Stack development.
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) using C4 models.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Kubernetes (K8S) and Google Cloud Platform.
• Prior experience working on Generative AI initiatives or holding a GenAI certification.
• Solid experience managing commerce platforms for B2C and retail enterprises.
• Ability to conduct technical and business workshops, guiding teams toward value-driven solutions.
