Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Description:
• Perform perm recruitment processes to ensure actions are happening on schedule; actively monitors applicant flow, and provides timely updates to stakeholders
• Builds strong relationships with and serves as the main point for hiring managers during the perm recruitment process
• Ensures accurate tracking and timely processing for all perm recruitment roles
• Complete Preboarding administrative tasks such as initiating and reviewing background reports and communicating Day 1 details
• Assist in creating job requirements for open positions
• Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task while managing to deadlines and service legal agreements (SLAs) to support an efficient process and/or project
• Ability to work independently on tasks within a team
• Interpret, understand, and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form
Education and Experience:
• College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related; minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment and adept in high volume hiring
Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and strict confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite, additional experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
• Naturally curious: You like to ask why and always wonder if theres a better way to do something; you explore big data and industry trends to answer all those nagging questions
• Empathetic & engaging: Were in the people business; focused not just on the core recruiting function, but also the team youll lead - understanding their needs, aspirations and development areas
