Job Title: Tulip Techno- Functional Consultant

Location: Austin, TX(Onsite Day1 Mon-Fri)

Duration: 12+ Months

Client needs experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives using the Tulip Frontline Operations Platform. The resources will work with business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the implementation and optimization of Tulip-based applications that enhance shop floor productivity, quality, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate operational challenges into user-centric digital solutions using the Tulip platform.
  • Design workflows, dashboards, and real-time data visualizations for frontline operators.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure ROI on Tulip app deployments.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy applications using Tulip s no-code/low-code development tools.
  • Integrate Tulip with ERP, MES, IoT devices, and other enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
  • Manage data models and develop custom scripts for business logic as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize app performance.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in Tulip environment setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, IT/OT systems, or industrial automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Tulip and similar low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, PowerApps).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 concepts).
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, REST, JavaScript, and/or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tulip certification or prior experience deploying Tulip at scale.
  • Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IIoT, OPC-UA, MQTT, and shop floor data integration
