Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Denver, CO
End-Client: Large Energy Company
Pay: $30 - $35.26/hr.

Job Type: 7 – month contract role
The individual must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and direction from several people.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide direct support to the Production leadership team
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the company's team, inclusive of
- Arrange and coordinate meetings onsite and offsite
- Support preparations for visitors
- Organize reports and data files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for business purposes
- Assist team with travel arrangements
- Help team with expense reporting
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication, including responding to incoming/outgoing calls, emails and correspondence in reasonable time.
- Build relationships with other leadership administrative assistants, as well as employees throughout the organization, crucial to the success of the business.
- Build a One Team approach to responding to the needs across the company.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously & proactively; follow through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
- Complete other duties in support of the company's success as assigned and as arise.
Essential Education
- Bachelor’s / Associate’s Degree preferred
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- 0-5+ years of experience supporting leadership preferred, and/or Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Office 365, Concur for expense reporting, Surface Pro, Adobe Acrobat, iPhone, iCloud application, travel scheduling, etc.

Schedule: 5/8s
- hybrid working schedule – 1 week in office followed by hybrid week every other week.
Travel Requirement
- Up to 10% travel could be expected with this role
Remote Type:
- This position at times may work remotely supporting a team on a rotational work schedule, but is at least 50% of the time in office
