As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to problem solver, ensuring our systems run seamlessly:
- Diagnose & Fix: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (e.g., wireless headsets, printers, desktop components).
- Proactive IT Support: Address software issues on Windows 10/11, softphone systems (ReadyMode, Five9), and company-specific apps.
- Inventory Management: Keep equipment organized and ensure readiness.
- User Support: Set up and manage accounts, passwords, and access controls.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers for repairs, returns, and upgrades.
- Document & Train: Create guides and train staff to prevent recurring issues.
- Hardware Upgrades: Replace or upgrade equipment to maximize uptime and productivity.
- IT help desk experience or a background in tech support.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, wireless headsets, and office printers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Location: On-site in Myrtle Beach, SC (local candidates or daily commuters only).
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
