Objective Of The Position
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in helping us scale our high-performing Sales team by driving full-cycle recruiting efforts for our commercial diagnostics salesforce. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a thoughtful and seamless candidate experience at every stage.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with two Talent Acquisition Partners—one also focused on Sales hiring—to support a fast-moving organization where responsiveness and quality go hand in hand. You’ll contribute to refining our recruiting best practices and play a key role in promoting consistency, efficiency, and excellence across our hiring efforts.
While the primary focus will be Sales hiring, this position will occasionally support searches across other functions, including Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and energized by working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where talent acquisition plays a strategic role in driving growth.
Responsibilities
This is a remote position, based in either the Central or Eastern US time zones. Applicants must be able to provide a quiet working environment that is conducive to taking frequent, confidential interviews and meetings.
Travel Expectations
1-3 trips per year for team building and Sales events; no other travel necessary

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales roles—from sourcing and screening through offer and close
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, interview strategy, and compliance
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies, including developing relationships in the biotech sales space
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting firms as needed
- Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Use data from our ATS and HRIS to inform decisions and improve recruiting processes
- Support additional hiring efforts across Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Leadership when needed
- Natural relationship builder who is excited about building trust with Sales leaders
- Energetic, self-motivated, and high sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions with different skill and ability requirements
- Excited about working on a team with other in-house recruiters and HR professionals
- Willing and able to adjust priorities as the needs of the business change
- Previous experience sourcing and hiring on LinkedIn strongly preferred
- Based in a Central or Eastern time zone and able to support leaders across all domestic time zones
- Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience hiring for Sales requisitions
- Familiar with HR databases (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Paycor and Greenhouse a plus
- Previous experience or notable interest in the Biotechnology space is helpful
