We’re hiring a full-time Business Analyst for our Executive Division.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging systems and processes that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with management and inter-divisional representatives to establish priorities that align with the organizational strategy and lead automated systems maintenance and process improvement enhancements by reviewing, assessing the impact of such activities, recommending, and implementing improvements that recognize efficiencies and savings with consistent operations across the organization.
- Lead large-scale projects as a Business Lead, collaborating with the Project Management Office, vendors, and all divisions to ensure smooth implementation, effective systems, and user satisfaction. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather and document requirements and provide updates. Create test plans and facilitate staff testing to present findings at project meetings and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Serve as system administrator for assigned divisional software systems, including system security, maintenance, content, enhancements, and ongoing monitoring. This includes periodic software user access audits ensuring that users only have the access level necessary for their job function and correcting any unauthorized or excessive access privileges.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, identifying underlying problems, and develop effective solutions to prevent future occurrences. Provide ongoing detailed knowledge and problem resolution for staff and business partners, working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Provide user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications and tools, implementing and maintaining security protocols and compliance standards within Microsoft 365.
Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Multi-Family Housing Development and compliance or a background in Finance or related fields.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Expert ability to elicit requirements from technical and non-technical staff.
- Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
