ETL/SSIS Developer

Hey!

I have this new opening with ABC Supply backfill. We will need verified manager references ahead of time as well, this manager is tough so we need strong candidates!

Preference is Chicago, but open to remote for the right candidate

Manager Notes:

Coding combo of SQL and python

SSIS and SQL server and Informatica

Customer Master Data
Open tools, give them access virtually, create all the programs within SSIS and SQL server and Informatica and Python

Open to large enterprise experience
ERP how master data is set up in ERP system
Oracle or SAP?
Now since need someone, immediately hands on SQL server and T-SQL

Formal JD:

Experience
6-7 years of hands-on experience with customer master data conversion using SSIS and SQL Server , with at least 2 major migration projects in the last 3-4 years.
Experience in designing and implementing real-time customer master data synchronization process between legacy and new ERP.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leads to understand customer hierarchies, account structures, parent-child relationships of customer accounts and work on various customer models.
Direct experience migrating customer data between ERP systems, preferably in construction, roofing, or related industries.
Proven track record troubleshooting and resolving ETL production issues independently.
Understanding of other technologies like informatica , Azure data factory, python.
Experience designing and implementing ETL solutions using SSIS for bulk loading and processing very large datasets.
Technical Skills
Expert-level ability to design, develop, and optimize ETL packages using both SSIS and Informatica for complex data migration scenarios.
Advanced SQL Server scripting skills with ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL.
Should be able to diagnose, optimize, and fix performance issues, data quality problems, and failed ETL processes in production environments.
Strong Python programming skills with experience integrating various APIs for data extraction and transformation.
Expertise in comprehensive source-to-target mapping and data profiling techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
Experience developing ETL processes that efficiently handle very large datasets with optimized bulk loading techniques
