Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Merrillville, IN, with some flexibility. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and manage project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, leading teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The General Manager will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
