Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Overview:

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing enterprise hardware upgrades? We’re in search of a Senior System Administrator to lead our laptop refresh program—from deployment to post-installation support. This role requires hands-on technical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a readiness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Primary Duties:

  • Handle complete lifecycle of device provisioning, including OS installation and configuration
  • Set up user profiles and ensure smooth transitions to new systems
  • Manage secure migration of files and settings across devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during rollout
  • Collaborate with users to reduce interruptions during device replacement
  • Document activities, maintain accurate records, and log support tickets
  • Provide follow-up assistance after deployments and flag escalations when needed
  • Keep refresh projects on track with attention to deadlines and quality standards
  • Travel occasionally to remote locations for in-person rollout support

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 6+ years in IT infrastructure support and end-user device management
  • Hands-on expertise with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot
  • Knowledge of data security practices, including data sanitization
  • Proven success in coordinating large-scale hardware refresh initiatives
  • Familiarity with asset tracking tools and inventory systems
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members
  • Clear and professional communication skills for user and stakeholder interaction
  • Sharp problem-solving skills to manage real-time deployment challenges
  • ITIL Foundation Certification required
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent
