  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Location: Hybrid Onsite New York, Weehawken, Stamford

Duration: Long term Contract

Responsibilities

  • Development of big data technologies like Apache Spark and Azure Databricks
  • Programming complex production systems in Scala or Java or Python
  • Experience in a platform engineering role on a major cloud provider (ideally Microsoft Azure)
  • Development and/or operations of CI/CD pipelines using modern cloud-friendly build systems like GitLab
  • Experience with containerisation in development, build, and runtime environments, including experience of Kubernetes

Skills Must have

  • Development experience with OO programming languages such as Java or C#
  • Most of the work in the pod is C#, but we will consider Java developers provided they are open to learn and adapting to C# and lean towards following clean coding principles
  • Good knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
  • Experience with SDLC and owning a feature change all the way to production
  • Agile methodologies
