Job Description

The Client Relationship Coordinator collaborates with clients to interpret requirements to understand both printing specification and pricing needs, as well as building relationships. Analyzes discrepancies and recommends solutions for resolution. Responsible for data integrity. Performs testing and peer reviews for proposed programming changes. Assists in implementing company strategies and solutions, while providing feedback concerning obstacles of programs and initiatives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Analyzes requests and determines the best course of action to implement regarding request for additions, changes or inquiries to pricing, product setup, and ordering applications. Maintains and adheres to documented processes to ensure audit controls are followed. 40%
  • Communicates directly with client’s key decision makers and internal decision makers. - Research issues initiated by the client to determine root cause of problem and provide recommendations. - Provides information regarding specific client setup to include printing specification and/or pricing concession. 20%
  • Serves as a liaison between both internal and external clients to expedite the coordination of information. To include custom products, pricing concessions, and interpreting internal reports. - Enters additions and changes into complex mainframe environments. - Interprets and implements request based on client’s documentation. - Tests set-up to ensure accuracy. 15%
  • Participates on New Logo teams to include system migrations, mergers and/or acquisitions. 15%
  • Supports process improvement teams as assigned. - Consults with IT personnel to evaluate and implement process improvement projects to reduce waste, coordinate status of information and testing. To include approving/disapproving changes. 10%

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience

  • 5 - 7 years experience. (Required)
  • Cross-functional knowledge across platforms (Preferred) to include but not limited to process knowledge of Client Specifications, Retail, and Contract work.
  • Relevant Experience (Preferred).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to see the big picture and think strategically, tactically, and innovatively about finding opportunities for improvement and the impact of change to the organization.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and demonstrated problem solving ability.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

Will have contacts with employees at all levels within Vericast and Client decision makers. Must be capable of communicating effectively. Experience must show effective communication skills used to influence others and positively affect results.

Additional Information

Hourly rate: $25.00 -$30.00 per hour
