he Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing role-based learning solutions related to enterprise systems, internal processes, and organizational policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on expertise in eLearning tools.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and develop eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and identify learning needs

  • Define and map learning objectives aligned with business goals

  • Manage end-to-end instructional design projects from intake through delivery

  • Work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Develop supplemental training materials for various learning modalities

  • Analyze and structure content to optimize learning outcomes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and iterate accordingly

  • Contribute to the redesign and overhaul of existing training programs


Qualifications:



  • At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning and development

  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting

  • Hands-on experience with eLearning and simulation tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Audacity

  • Video production and editing experience is a plus

  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and learning theories

  • Experience incorporating audio into eLearning modules and training content

  • Proficient in using PowerPoint for blended classroom learning sessions

  • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of training development-from client intake and discovery to execution

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • Effective communicator who can translate business training needs into clear, actionable learning strategies
