MCS is excited to be working with one of our regular client on their search for a Telecoms Engineer. This is an onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC. The company works in the network installation space.



The role:


This will be a Telecom engineering leader position and will work directly with customers. This will involve responding to technical issues by documenting details, responding to requests, escalating when needed and resolving issues. This will involve troubleshooting tickets which may be voicemail password resets, troubleshooting trunk lines, or issues with analog, digital and ip phones. Training will be provided for this role, but the right person will gave the want a drive to learn.



The person:



  • Experience with Mitel is important

  • Telecoms experience

  • You need to have a good understanding of networking

  • Excellent clear communication skills

  • Experience working with customers

  • Ability to think quickly and respond to problems in a technical environment



This is a full time role. No sponsorship or c2c available.
