Location: Remote (Must Reside in Texas)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Administrator to join the team supporting Frost s data governance and analytics platforms. This role requires hands-on administration experience with the Collibra Data Governance tool, as well as strong foundational knowledge in Linux systems and Kubernetes orchestration.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate before starting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the Collibra Data Governance platform, including configuration, user access, workflows, and integrations

  • Work closely with data governance, analytics, and IT teams to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business needs

  • Manage system health, performance, patching, and upgrades within a Linux environment

  • Implement and maintain containerized deployments using Kubernetes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly while ensuring system reliability and scalability

  • Create documentation for configurations, best practices, and user guides


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Hands-on admin experience with Collibra Data Governance Tool

  • Strong Linux administration experience

  • Kubernetes knowledge and experience

  • Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate prior to start

  • Must be able to convert to full-time without the need for sponsorship within 3 6 months


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data governance best practices

  • Experience working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) in support of data platforms

  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and system management
