  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description -

Within PubAPI (cloud-native home-grown API which is used by USRM to generate and distribute documents), we utilize the open-source software LibreOffice for creating templates for our forms. Currently, we are not contributing to the software codebase, but we rely on its stability during versions upgrades. Recently, we discovered that we needed to upgrade to the new version to meet Enterprise OS requirement to complete GitHub Actions migration. Unfortunately, we found that the new version had a critical bug, impacting about 20% of our forms, and there was nothing we can do to resolve the issue. We reached out to the open-source engineering community, and someone is looking at our bug now, but this situation prompted us to consider that we need help with LibreOffice in order to establish expertise within our team over time and address these types of issues in a timely manner.

This engine is a key part of our long-term architectural solution.

Knowledge of the open-source software LibreOffice (used for creating templates for forms)

Ability to review and debug LibreOffice code to ensure proper functionality

The manager is open to hiring a contractor for 40 hrs / week for the foreseeable future

We are open on rate so if suppliers have candidates available, please submit to you with their best Bill Rate
