Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

  • Experience managing the deployment, integration, and support of enterprise GIS systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of GIS programs and projects

    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure ESRI platforms are effectively implemented

    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations, and report on progress

    • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor s or Master s in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field

    • 5 10 years of GIS experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role

    • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master) is a plus


    Soft Skills:

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects efficiently
