Job Summary:

Responsible for the development and maintenance in Intelligent Automation (IA) as part of the continuous modernization of the operational models across Client Finance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Intelligent Automation Development
Build Intelligent Automation (primarily Robotic Process Automation (RPA)) processes using design and coding standards to build high-quality components and solutions
Participate in IA Planning Events, contributing objectives and iteration goals
Collaborate with the Finance Product Owner (PO) to refine business requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans and provide product demonstrations
Support User Testing to ensure error free user experience that meets the needs of the business
Maintain automations after go-live
Participate in the global community of IA developers, learning new technologies available for future solutions
As the IA specialist, build awareness and share knowledge of IA tools with the greater Finance team
Requirements 0-2 years of experience in a Systems related role, specifically Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
If recent college grad, project experience with RPA and having used Blue Prism, Power Automate and UiPath Bachelor's Degree in business administration or information systems or equivalent experience
Experience in developing automations using one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Blue Prism , Power Automate, and UiPath) (one of the three is required)
Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (basic knowledge of accounting is required)
Proven organization and development skills including organizational change, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members
Preferences:
Operational and accounting software (e.g.Oracle EBS, Oracle MOM Suite, Lucernex)
Power Tools experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate )
