Job Title: Lead Servicenow Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and drive the development, configuration, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. As the technical lead, you will provide expertise in ServiceNow development, architecture, and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow implementation and development projects.
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive implementation.
Manage the ServiceNow development team, assigning tasks, mentoring junior developers, and reviewing code for quality and performance.
Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and the release management process.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
Ensure data quality and security across all ServiceNow applications and modules.
Create and maintain documentation for developed features and processes.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
2+ years in a lead or senior developer role with team leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, custom APIs, and external system integration.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
