Job Title: Technical Project Manager (FlowOne)

Location: Remote role

Duration: Fulltime or Contract

Need PMP / Scrum Certified, Telecom industry Experience

Products Experience - FlowOne or (deployment/ installation of servers- open shift, VM ware, open stack, linings. Candidate should know how installation/commissioning is done. Should Understand all phases for deployment projects.

Product: FlowOne (important ..customer wants profiles with this product experience), UIV, SIV, NORC, NAC, NetAct

Objectives:

  • Oversee and ensure the successful completion of domain technical deliverables in a project, owning the technical scope, cost, quality, and schedule, working in close collaboration with project MS PM
  • Owns project tracking progress and ensures adjustments as needed to keep the domain project on track.

  • Project Milestones achievement
  • Project(s) ASBL Cost adherence
  • Project(s) Schedule adherence
  • Minimizing critical programs issues/escalations to S&C leadership
  • Customer satisfaction and Project satisfaction survey
  • Demand planning accuracy and fulfilment for respective Domain Projects

Main Deliverables

  • Leads central and local technical delivery of own scope, in coordination with PM and when applicable with E2E TPM.
  • Acts as primary technical interface and first escalation point within the project for relevant Domain Product and Delivery issues.
  • Responsible for Domain technical delivery, ensures delivery in line with committed Domain scope, timelines, key (revenue) milestones, technical delivery costs vs ASBL and quality.
  • Contributes/pushes for acceptance certification for all milestones as defined in the SOW / payment plan.
  • Responsible for the adoption of DevOps blueprints that are available for the product(s) being implemented.
  • Supports Care Handover and project closure with the PM and liaises with the Care contact pre and post project completion.
  • Promotes the use of best practices and reusables for the project.
  • Accountable for E2E SW Upgrade Service (SUS) deliverable for respective Domain.
  • Align and support on delivery sign-off, PTA hand over and, acknowledge S&C Domain delivery plan, scope, cost, solution, resources, risks & acceptance.
  • Track the ASBL at all times & follow NCC process including mitigation plans and root cause analysis
  • Approve time booking in MyERM and ensure cost adherence to ASBL.
  • Ensures that resources adhere to quality standards during deployment.
  • Responsible for Delivery Project Performance management reports and KPIs, for respective Domain.
  • Attend Monthly Project review and responsible to present the Domain project deliverables and changes
