Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT consulting and talent acquisition services. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for improving things through technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers at client companies.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage the client engagement lifecycle from initial contact through placement and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, recruiting, or technology services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
