Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document user requirements in alignment with business objectives, translating these into clear, logical documentation for both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, guiding the development of systems that meet customer needs.
  • Support accurate solution deployment by reviewing problem logs, assisting with test plans and matrices, and participating in testing and validation efforts.
  • Evaluate the business need for solutions to improve business processes or solve problems.
  • Serve as the primary resource for defining and documenting system business requirements for our client's project.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support process improvements, system enhancements, and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or 4 years of directly related work experience, or Associate s degree plus 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and translating requirements.
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Azure Boards for task and requirement tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision and adaptable to high-demand, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple high-priority tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government business, BCBS companies, or healthcare systems.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, or LOMA.
