Job Summary:
- The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis—including requirements gathering, design, documentation, testing, and validation—to support the implementation of BI analytics solutions for regional or system partners.

- Work with OLTP, OLAP, and MPP database environments.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Recommend and implement efficient technical solutions that balance cost, time, and performance.
- Documentation & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to development, testing, and support standards.
- Maintain clear documentation of report specifications, logic, and processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, etc.).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, star schema, dimensional modeling).
- Analytical Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Demonstrates competencies as a Leader of Self (ownership, initiative) and Leader of Others (mentorship, teamwork).
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related roles.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift).
