Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in an analytical or operational support role, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or sales operations.
  • Experience working with or supporting field sales teams or third-party retail partners (e.g., Acosta, Mosaic, HyVee).
  • Familiarity with POS data, promotions, or IRC management is a big plus.

Skills & Tools:

  • Advanced Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, data validation, etc.
  • PowerPoint – for creating recap decks, presentations, and status updates.
  • Power BI (PBI) – for reporting and dashboard creation (basic to intermediate level).
  • IRC/POS systems – ideally with QTY planner or similar inventory/activation planning tools.
  • OneBuy or similar procurement/Purchase Order tools (SAP, Coupa, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Circana (formerly IRI/Nielsen) or syndicated retail data tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Comfortable handling cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
