Job Details

Tasks include:

• Prepare and revise architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) under the guidance of others.
• Integrate solutions for Integrated Sustainable Design into projects.
• Aid in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process. Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.
• Create both 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
• Conduct product research and support Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.
• Operate with minimal supervision and benefit from excellent mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and enjoyable to work with, embracing quality workmanship.
• Architecture license highly preferred
