  • Conduct regular assessments and lead mock surveys to ensure continual readiness.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with department heads, facilities teams, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as chair of the Safety/EOC Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and accrediting agencies, including The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, etc.
  • Oversee drills, audits, and staff education related to EOC elements.

🧠 What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance
  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the standards of the Joint Commission, OSHA, and state and local regulatory agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a calm presence in emergencies.

🚀 Why Join Us?

  • A mission-driven organization focused on compassionate care.
  • A supportive leadership team that values innovation and initiative.
  • A chance to make a real impact on the safety and success of our hospital.

If you’re ready to take charge of the environment that supports our care, apply today and help us raise the bar on safety and compliance with confidence and clarity.
