As a Junior MLOps Engineer, you will primarily focus on the data side of machine learning operations. You will play a crucial role in feature engineering and the design and implementation of scalable ML/data pipelines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Management: Ingesting, processing, and validating data to ensure high-quality inputs for ML models.
• Feature Engineering: Applying your deep understanding of ML algorithms to create meaningful features that enhance model performance.
• Pipeline Development: Designing and implementing robust and scalable ML/data pipelines using technologies such as Python, Scala, Java, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluating models and ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
• Project Management: Managing ML projects from data ingestion to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Testing and Validation: Utilizing comprehensive testing frameworks and data validation techniques to ensure the reliability and accuracy of ML solutions.
• Performance Tuning: Monitoring and tuning model performance to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in MLOps or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Scala, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, model evaluation, and familiarity with modern techniques including LLMs and NLP.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing ML projects from data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Testing and Validation: Experience with comprehensive testing frameworks, data validation, model quality monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Soft Skills: Curious, self-driven, adaptable to dynamic environments, comfortable respectfully challenging ideas, and committed to continuous learning.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to present insights effectively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
