  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Archer Application Management Support Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with RSA Archer, a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, and the ability to manage both technical and operational aspects of the platform. You will play a key role in application configuration, support, issue resolution, and user collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure new and existing Archer applications across the full SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, access controls, and packaging.

  • Perform administrative tasks and resolve platform or end-user related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and debug performance problems within the Archer platform.

  • Support testing, migration, and deployment efforts across environments.

  • Gather and analyze requirements, and create supporting project documentation.

  • Provide UAT support and assist in resolving production issues.

  • Manage strategic configuration including workflows, data feeds, reporting, and compliance checks.

  • Maintain field-level calculations, DDEs, and visibility rules within the system.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer applications.

  • Strong understanding of the SDLC in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Hands-on expertise in configuring RSA Archer, including data feeds, reports, iViews, and dashboards.

  • Extensive knowledge of access controls, record permissions, and notifications.

  • Experience integrating Archer with other platforms or systems.

  • Familiarity with packaging and deployment processes.

  • Experience using Event Analyzer and managing Jira tickets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in domains like Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Vendor Management.

Education/Certifications:

  • RSA Archer Developer/Administrator certification is required.
