Job Purpose:

To create new customer accounts for Perfect Water. Room for growth into management.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

  • Enter new orders accurately and on-time
  • Communicate promptly with new leads.
  • Meet sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and on-time entries in CRM

Other Responsibilities:

  • Communication with residential contractors
  • Contact builders and homeowners from Building Permits Lists
  • Perform site surveys.
  • Explain benefits to homeowners.
  • Create new customer information in CRM for hand off to installation.
  • Attend technical training provided by PerfectWater
  • Perform follow-ups with open leads
  • Perform follow-ups to clients post installation
  • Ask for positive reviews on Google and other review sites
  • Create estimates

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:

  • Understand residential site layouts
  • Understand residential electrical, plumbing and excavation concepts and systems
  • Outgoing and self-motivated
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Computer proficiency for using our CRM and estimating software
  • Previous experience working with high-end clients.
  • Desire to step into a real growth opportunity.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in high-end consumer sales.
