Description
- The top priority will be managing our Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) requests, and acting as the central person for PR and PO enquiries. Specifically, you’d be verifying PR information is accurate and then submitting for approval via internal tools. Once the approval process has run its course, you’d receive the PO and release to purchaser and vendor.
- Responsible for the invoice tracking process, ensuring accuracy and validation of invoices.
- Administration of Purchasing Card (p-card) program for BD team.
- In addition to the above, you will work with another BD Operations Support Manager to support the onboarding of BD partners. You’ll work together with Business Development Managers and Partner Managers—and other teams across Apple—to support partnership launches by completing operational tasks, including:
- Managing code requests, facilitating code batch approvals, and maintaining code batches
- Purchase order creation; and monthly invoice approval process
- Preparation of various manual performance reports, primarily utilizing Excel, Numbers, and Keynote
- Documentation and coordination of analytics requirements for deals
- You will act as the focal point of communication on operational matters for BD teams across all services and all channels
- A lot of this work will require working with communication tools like Webex, phone, Slack, and email
- The work will involve using tools like Keynote, Excel, Numbers, and various internal tools
- The work will require the candidate to work independently, but to also work collaboratively with a peer team member. You should be confident asking questions along the way. It will require broad collaboration with people outside of our direct team
