Responsibilities:
The Colorado Association of Family Medicine Residencies is non-profit organization based in Denver, Colorado. We support high quality health care for all Coloradans by enhancing access to primary care, including rural and underserved communities, through the training of exceptional family physicians.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Operations and Programs.
- Manage Executive Director's calendar.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets
- Coordinate board activities, including creating board packets, agenda, and taking minutes.
- Prepare information and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity, efficiency and/or service.
- Provide administrative support for other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience required.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented perspective with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Willingness to ask for help when needed.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity, excellent judgment, and diplomacy.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
- Ability to transcribe board & committee minutes accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in proof reading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening.
- Non-profit administrative experience.
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience (professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year- for-year basis)
