Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls specific to the community served, greeting visitors, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk, including coordination with vendors. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the administrative needs of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative tasks
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
