Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Education Sales Director to lead our field sales and education initiatives. This individual will play a key leadership role in strengthening retail partnerships—particularly with Sephora—through compelling education strategies, regional field team management, and results-focused sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field education and sales strategies aligned with brand goals and retail objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison and maintain a collaborative relationship between our brand and Sephora store management.
  • Hold weekly strategy and performance meetings with the COO and key executives.
  • Recruit, hire, and coach a high-performance sales team to drive growth, maximize profitability, and optimize overall performance across multiple U.S. regions.
  • Create and analyze detailed sales and performance reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work with brand executives to drive revenue by setting and exceeding sales goals across regions and doors.
  • Serve as a brand expert and ambassador, ensuring consistency in education and messaging across all field teams.
  • Travel to store locations, retail events, and training sessions to ensure exceptional execution and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with direct experience in field education and sales.
  • Proven track record of working with Sephora at the store and corporate level.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams and drive results independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with frequent travel (up to 50–70% of schedule).
