Acutronic is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll support the review, tracking, and management of contracts for Acutronic USA Inc. You’ll work closely with the Contract Specialist and Contract Manager to flag risks, assist with contract changes, and timely and accurate contract workflows. Our ideal candidate will have up to five years of proven experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, contract specialist, or related role.
Contracts Administrator
Your Roles/Responsibilities:

Acutronic’s Simulation & Test Divisionis the global market leader in high-performance motion simulation and test equipment. Our rate tables and advanced centrifuges are used to test or calibrate inertial sensors, navigation systems, and stabilized electro-optics. Hardware-In-the-Loop motion simulators replicate the flight motion profiles and engagement scenarios of missiles. Geotechnical centrifuges and their related accessories are designed to study the behavior of structures, soil mechanics, and earthquakes. Our vibration test systems (shaker tables) allow users to carry out environmental tests to ensure the robustness or quality of manufactured products. The Division also develops and refurbishes stabilized or gimbaled-platforms utilized in applications such as tracking mounts, gun turrets, and directed-energy systems.
Acutronic’s Aerospace Components Divisonmanufactures specialty components for use on uncrewed aerial vehicles, land defense applications, and missile systems. These products are used on next-generation aerospace programs and include a range of electric power systems, servo-actuators, micro-turbines, and Hybrid-Electric-Propulsion-Systems. We offer standard products and excel at designing highly customized solutions for demanding mission requirements.

Contracts Administrator
Your Roles/Responsibilities:
- Perform initial review of solicitations, contracts, purchase orders, and other agreements to flag risk and compliance issues for the Contract Specialist and Contract Manager
- Assist in preparing and tracking contract changes
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide timely and effective communication to all stakeholders regarding contract status, performance, and any potential issues
- Gain expertise in applicable government regulations and contract requirements, including FAR and DFARS
- Review contracts for mandatory and suggested flow-downs to suggest to the Contract Specialist and Contract Manager be communicated to supply chain
- Generate and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) and Consulting Agreements, ensuring they are properly logged and up to date
- Reporting Requirements:
- Prepare and submit required customer and government forms, reps and certs, and maintain SAM registration
- Data Entry:
- Input contract related data into government portals
- Record Maintenance:
- Organize, file and maintain Contracts and support documentation
- Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university, in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, preferred. Combination of experience and education would be considered
- Up to five years of proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or in a related role
- Experience editing and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Proficiency in Federal contracting required
