Project Manager

Job Description

Metrics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager as we compete for a contract with the Coast Guard. This contract focuses on workforce requirements analysis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline. The Coast Guard requires expert project management skills to ensure compliance with government regulations and successful delivery of project deliverables. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including government representatives.
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and manage contract requirements.
• Foster effective communication with all parties involved in the project.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet the stated objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in development of solutions across complex tasks in multiple organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government contracts and federal procurement processes.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience in risk management and quality assurance within large projects.
• Familiarity with workforce analysis models and data collection methodologies.
