Position Overview:

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions for our clients. This role demands a commitment to relationship building, a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to both candidates and internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and be deeply invested in fostering a positive and welcoming company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top healthcare talent.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, offering valuable insights into role expectations.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or sales experience in a metric-driven role. Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a relationship-focused approach while delivering efficient recruitment results.
