Position:We're seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern to support our in-house design team. In this role, you'll help design a variety of digital and print assets that align with OTC's brand, enhance our visual communications, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in designing digital graphics for email campaigns, social media, website content, and internal communications
- Help develop sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, infographics, and presentations
- Contribute to the evolution of OTC's visual brand and maintain consistency across all materials
- Support ongoing projects with layout design, typography, iconography, and image editing
- Edit and retouch photography for use in print and digital materials
- Prepare print-ready files and assist with vendor coordination when needed
- Maintain and update the company's digital image repository to ensure assets are organized, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product specialists and ecommerce teams to translate technical ideas into compelling visuals
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
- Photography editing skills (retouching, color correction, cropping, etc.)
- Motion graphics or video editing experience using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a strong plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively
- A portfolio showcasing both print and digital work (classroom or personal projects welcome)
