Business Operations Analyst

As a member of the Deal Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our quote-to-contract processes and systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to engage with various internal teams and contribute to the success of our enterprise selling strategies within Adobe's Digital Experience and Digital Media domains.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
- Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.
- Actively participate in training sessions and self-directed learning opportunities to deepen understanding of Salesforce CPQ, CLM, Workfront and related technologies.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
Compensation:
- Up to $40.09 per hour.
