Our Business Operations & Analytics team is expanding rapidly to support Boundless’ growth goals and is looking for a strong leader to bring analytical rigor and practical business solutions to achieve those goals. This Senior Business Operations & Analytics Manager, B2B role will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and Finance as key stakeholders to deliver insights that drive our B2B business.

Compensation
Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $140,000-$176,000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process. In this role, you will
- Lead the development of standard KPIs to support effectiveness and optimization for Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and Finance teams
- Lead large, high priority, cross-functional projects (e.g. Marketing Attribution) that set strategic direction for the business
- Strategize with leaders across multiple functions within the org to identify workstreams for their team
- Manage team member(s) and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope/budget
- Deliver timely analysis and commentary to executives on the performance of business, key drivers, and effectiveness of cross functional efforts
- Establish and manage executive and operational dashboards/reporting (e.g. Monthly Business Review) to inform decision-making
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders about prioritization, blockers, and timelines
- Stay up to date on B2B sales and marketing measurement best practices and analysis capabilities of our tools
- 7+ years of work experience in a finance, strategy, revenue operations or analytics role
- Self-starter with high energy level who is flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability and willingness to stretch between rolling up sleeves when needed and driving bigger strategic initiatives
- Experience managing team members directly or indirectly
- Experience problem-solving independently, leaning on cross-functional team members internally and also external networks and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective cross-functional collaborator
- Comfortable working with very large data sets and ensuring data quality
- High attention to detail
- Experience in analyzing and deriving actionable insights using a variety of data sets (sales pipeline analysis, conversion/funnel metrics, event tracking, marketing attribution) preferred
- Expertise with at least two of the standard analysis tools: Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Sigma, etc.
- Proficient in CRM and revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
