Hours: 8am to 5pm, M-F

Work Location: M-Th In-Office, Flex Fridays

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (depending on location, experience, and strategic capabilities)

About The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across online platforms. This individual will play a critical role in creating and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing content and video creation, and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all major channels
  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and SEO-driven content
  • Oversee production of video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product explainers, and customer testimonials
  • Manage and optimize performance of:
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – Google Ads, Bing Ads
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Email Marketing – campaigns, automations, A/B testing
    • Social Media Marketing – LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube
    • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
    • Display & Programmatic Advertising
    • Content Marketing – blogs, ebooks, case studies
    • Video Marketing – short-form (Reels, Shorts), long-form (YouTube, webinars)
  • Use analytics and AI-powered tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and continuously improve ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech environments
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong experience with video content creation and storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, etc.)

AI & MarTech Tools You’ll Use

  • AI Content Creation: Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT
  • SEO & SEM Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Looker Studio
  • Video Creation & Editing: Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Runway AI
  • Email & CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo
  • Analytics & Reporting: GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio
