Our film & TV agency is seeking a Social Media Video Producer to join their team. This full-time opportunity is located in their offices in Burbank.

What You'll Do

  • Concept, produce, and manage short-form video content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for some of the biggest names in entertainment (Disney, AppleTV+, and more)
  • Collaborate closely with producers, motion designers, and video editors to create compelling social video spots
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform evolutions, translating what's relevant into strategic creative recommendations
  • Build and maintain content calendars for multiple campaigns across theatrical, streaming, and television titles
  • Contribute to pitches and brainstorms with fresh ideas, cultural fluency, and trend insights
  • Serve as a creative bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Review and QC content before delivery, ensuring all assets are polished and platform-optimized
  • Work in collaboration with department heads including the Head of Motion Graphics and Creative Directors

Must-have's

  • 2+ years experience producing social-first video content, ideally within an agency or entertainment-adjacent setting
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta) and the types of content that perform on each
  • A creative portfolio or reel showcasing short-form video campaigns you've led or produced
  • Experience managing timelines, content calendars, and creative delivery
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into meaningful campaign content
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working onsite in Burbank, CA (M-F, 10am-7pm), with flexibility for overtime as needed

Nice-to-have's

  • Previous experience working on entertainment campaigns or with studio clients
  • Familiarity with motion graphics workflows and collaborating with design teams
