Account Executive — Web3 Infrastructure (Remote, North America)
A leading provider of digital asset infrastructure is looking for a driven Account Executive to expand their staking services across North America. You’ll build and manage client relationships across exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other crypto-native orgs, helping them access top-tier staking solutions on over 50 networks (including ETH, SOL, DOT, and Cosmos).
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, close, and ongoing relationship management
- Manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce and hit quarterly growth targets
- Serve as the client’s advocate—partnering with technical, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Deliver clear proposals and business reviews to help clients understand and benefit from staking
- Represent the company at events and stay up to date on the staking landscape
What You Bring
- 5+ years in tech/fintech/crypto sales with enterprise deal experience
- Knowledge of blockchain and proof-of-stake protocols
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience
- Salesforce and modern sales stack proficiency
- An existing network in the crypto space
