- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Must have a High School Diploma, or Associate Degree or higher.
- Knowledge of and the ability to qualify for access to Government Information Systems containing critical

microcomputer, moderately skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- General familiarity with the concept of relational databases and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) General
