Job Details
Responsibilities:
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations for stormwater runoff
Design stormwater treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance infrastructure
Conduct engineering feasibility analyses
Participate in research and development of innovative stormwater quality treatment techniques
Evaluate stormwater quality data, conduct industrial and construction site assessments, and develop/recommend stormwater best management practices to reduce pollutants in stormwater discharges
Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans, exceedance response action plans, technical reports, and proposals
Provide permitting and compliance support to our clients
Contribute to a team atmosphere through collaboration with technical experts, project managers, colleagues, and subcontractors
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering; Master's degree is preferred
Understanding of stormwater/wastewater regulations and related permit requirements
Engineering design experience
Demonstrated critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a team
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification a plus
Valid driver's license and clear driving record
Ability to travel domestically
Flexibility to work outside normal office work hours, if needed
