We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a leading international Corporate and Investment Bank. This role will be instrumental in supporting technology transformation initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic growth objectives. You will work within a lean, high-performing team that manages a portfolio of critical technologies and projects, including a CRM platform, data repositories, data controls frameworks, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and data analysis efforts for key technology and process initiatives.
  • Collaborate with front office stakeholders and internal partners to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Develop mockups of screens and draft user documentation for new or enhanced systems.
  • Conduct data analysis and reconciliations, monitor financial data, and support data integrity through robust controls.
  • Assist with change management activities such as user communications, training materials, and system rollout plans.
  • Provide ongoing support to business users for various tools and platforms.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting as requested by management.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance business processes and technology effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in business and/or data analysis within financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and/or VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with technology implementations and/or change management projects.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
